Enjoyed this excellent hotel

This was a cute hotel super close to the train station. The evening snack and breakfast were excellent. The Mountain View was gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Bed could have been softer and the toilet took several flushes.

Great stay and will return :)

Very clean and spacious room with good sound proofing. The toilet has bidet and the tv has a lot of channels and movies for you to choose from! There are also board games for play at the second level. Located directly opposite the train station!

No bottled drinks provided and the location may be a little inconvenient if you do not drive as it is not in the city area.

Overall is a good experience of stay. We really like the hotel’s location and it’s really convenient to go anywhere. Ple

Location is awesome and really closes to the train station. The room is also comfortable with good condition.

They don’t provide bottle water which is really unfriendly for customers. Also, strongly recommend to improve service time for check-in and check-out. They require check-in after 4pm which is really late compared to other hotels, but ask for 11am check-out!!? This doesn’t make sense!

Clean room and accessible from the train station, but far away from everything else.

The facility is clean and located right outside of the train station

Although it’s close to the train station, it’s far away from the city center. Not much around the hotel.

- The location is just steps away from Taitung station - Free parking for hotel guests with vehicles - Breakfast selection is decent! - Slightly firmer beds which were very comfortable - Clean - Friendly and helpful hotel staff - Nice room/hotel design Highly recommend. Would book again next time.

Disappointing

Even though it is a new hotel, we found the AC and the door in our room were out of use. Also the breakfast was plain and had not much food to select. However, the staffs were friendly and nice.
